By Law No. 87-565 of 22 July 1987 on the prevention of major risks, reinforced by the Risk Act No. 2003-699 of 30 July 2003, the State must collect all information concerning the existence of risk areas and make it known to local authorities and citizens. Municipalities must take this information into account in their development projects and in land use. From 2010 to 2015, the DDT mandated CEREMA to conduct a census of underground cavities on the department. This information was collected in three cavity atlases (Saumurois, Sud-Loire, Nord-Loire). In the areas at stake, a qualification of hazards has also been carried out. It should be noted that these data are by no means exhaustive. The state of knowledge varies widely among municipalities. While a number of cavities can be identified, others remain inaccessible and unknown.依据1987年7月22日第87-565号《重大风险预防法》，并经2003年7月30日第2003-699号《风险法》强化，国家必须收集所有涉及风险区域存在情况的信息，并向地方当局与公众公开。市镇在其开发项目与土地利用规划中必须考量此类信息。 2010年至2015年间，DDT委托CEREMA对该省开展地下空洞普查。相关信息被收录于三份地下空洞图集（索穆瓦、卢瓦尔河南部、卢瓦尔河北部，原文分别为Saumurois、Sud-Loire、Nord-Loire）。在受影响区域内，还同步完成了灾害危险性评估工作。 需特别说明的是，本数据集绝非穷尽所有相关信息。各市镇的现有认知水平存在显著差异：尽管已有部分地下空洞被探明，但仍有大量空洞因无法抵达而未被发现。
