Workplace incivility has the potential to give rise to substantial social issues that demand further exploration. In actual workplace scenarios, female employees are more likely than male employees to encounter workplace incivility. Should these employees ascribe such uncivil behavior to the urban environment in which they work, it might trigger their intention to leave urban workplaces. In this regard, relational mobility and urban livability could play pivotal roles.
