资源简介:

Introduction DNA is a chemical and informational structure. At the sequence level, it is commonly represented by four bases: adenine (A), thymine (T), guanine (G), and cytosine (C). At the molecular level, each nucleotide contains a base, a deoxyribose sugar, and a phosphate group; the sugar–phosphate chain forms the backbone of DNA. Standard base pairing follows the Watson–Crick pairing scheme: adenine pairs with thymine, and guanine pairs with cytosine. Prime Elementology approaches this structure from a different but non-reductive angle. Instead of treating DNA only as a symbolic sequence, it treats DNA as a chemical object whose components have elemental compositions. Each element has an atomic number, and many of those atomic numbers decompose into primes. The framework therefore asks whether DNA can be decomposed into a Prime-Z atlas: a structured map of prime-exponent signatures derived from the atomic-number composition of DNA-related structures. This distinction is important. The proposed atlas is not a simple symbolic encoding such as A → 2, T → 3, G → 5, C → 7. Such an encoding may be useful for AI feature construction, but it is externally assigned. The present framework instead uses the chemical formulas of DNA bases and related structures. Adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine have known molecular formulas, and those formulas can be decomposed through the atomic numbers of C, H, N, O, and P. Molecular formulas for nucleobases and DNA-related compounds are widely catalogued in chemical databases such as PubChem, which is a public repository for chemical substances and biological activity information. The goal of the Prime Elementology DNA Atlas is to define a clean, reproducible descriptor layer for DNA structures. It provides tables and formulas that can later be exported as D04_Prime_Elementology_DNA_Atlas.csv, synchronized with other Prime Elementology atlas modules such as elemental configurations, decay-shadow signatures, spectral signatures, and polyoxometalate-related Prime-Z decompositions.
