scRNA-seq of pancreatic islets from male and female aged mice with Fltp-reporter sorting

Single-cell RNA sequencing of pancreatic islets from aged male and female mice. To disect islet heterogeneity we included both sexes and sorted cells based on maturity marker (Fltp).本数据集针对老年雌雄小鼠的胰岛开展单细胞RNA测序（Single-cell RNA sequencing）。为解析胰岛异质性，本研究纳入雌雄两种性别，并基于成熟标志物Fltp对细胞进行分选。
