Homogeneous Organizational Areas

Personal data of the homogeneous organisational areas referred to in Articles 50 and 61 of Presidential Decree No 445/2000 corresponding to the protocol registers of the institution. The dataset contains the digital domiciles of each homogeneous Organizational Area or the e-mail addresses elected from a certified e-mail service or a qualified certified electronic delivery service valid for the purposes of electronic communications having legal value (Article 1(1)(n-ter) of the CAD). The digital domiciles of the AOOs constitute the set of digital domiciles of the entity to which they belong that is identified by the value of the field Code_IPA (the code can be used to find further details in the dataset Administrations). Each AOO is uniquely identified in IPA by the code_uni_aoo assigned by the system; within the individual entity, the AOO is identified by the cod_AOO assigned by the entity itself.
