We found differential expression of lncRNA in the endometrium of patients with endometriosis compared to controls. Overall design: Our study used the Arraystar Human LncRNA Microarray V4.0, a microarray designed for global profiling of human lncRNA and protein-coding transcripts. Three infertile patients with endometriosis, three patients with tubal causes of infertility and three normal patients were analyzed as controls.
