Effect of Notch over-expression on murine liposarcoma cells

This RNA-seq analysis compares gene expression of a murine liposarcoma cell line with or without over-expression of Notch1 intracellular domain (NICD). The NICD overexpressing cell line (mLPS1) was derived from a corresponding mouse model that specifically express NICD in adipocytes, which leads to development of tumor resembling human dedifferentiated liposarcoma (LPS). From the mLPS1 cell line, a new cell line was derived after CRISPR-Cas9 mediated removal of the NICD expressing cassette (mLPS1-dNICD). Gene expression profiling analysis was performed on the mLPS1 and mLPS1-dNICD cells collected at three different passages.
