The neuronal architecture of autonomic dysreflexia

This submission is a dataset of single-nucleus transcriptomics in the spinal cords of mice. The single-nuclei transcriptomics data is harvested and profiled using 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell Kit Version. Overall design: We used single-nucleus RNA-sequencing to profile the lower-thoracic and the lumbosacral spinal cord in SCI mice, SCI mice subjected to repeated autonomic dysreflexia episodes and SCI mice that underwent repeated EES at the lower-thoracic spinal cord.
