Source data for comparative full-length 16S rRNA and shotgun metagenomics profiling using Oxford Nanopore sequencing

This repository contains the source data and supplementary tables associated with the manuscript "Sequencing strategy biases gut microbiome profiling in breast cancer: full-length 16S versus shotgun metagenomics with Nanopore sequencing”.The dataset includes taxonomic abundance tables, alpha- and beta-diversity metrics, correlation analyses between classifiers, and structural-zero analyses performed with ANCOM-BC2.
