Inspire View Service: PlannedLandUse/Brown coal plan Cottbus-Nord in Brandenburg (WMS-PLU-BKTCOTTBUSNORD)

The Interoperable INSPIRE Presentation Service (WMS) PlannedLandUse (Brown Coal Plan Cottbus-Nord in Brandenburg) provides an overview of mining areas, safety zones and land use of the mining follow-up landscape from the legally effective lignite plan Cottbus-Nord (Legal Decree of 18.7.2006). According to the INSPIRE data specification Land Use (D2.8.III.4), the contents of the plan are INSPIRE compliant. The WMS includes the following layers: — LU.2_3_Brown coal plan: A lignite plan as defined at https://registry.gdi-de.org/codelist/de.xleitstelle.inspire_plu/PlanTypeNameValue/2_3_Braunkohlenplan. — LU.7_2_7_1_ProspectingAndMiningPermitArea: The area in which the search, exploration or extraction of minerals has been authorised and for which this right or authorisation has been granted. — LU.7_2_8_Recultivation: Open space allocated to recultivation. — The compliant INSPIRE view service (WMS) PlannedLandUse provides an overview of mining areas, safety zones and land uses of the post-mining landscape from the legally effective lignite mining plan Cottbus-North open-cast mine (statutory ordinance of 18.7.2006). The content of the plan is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Land Use (D2.8.III.4).
