Lama Tshering and Chote Tshering state that there is an increase in Kha Bön, in which people are appeasing the malicious spirit without formal training. They are seen offering flour mixed with meat, fermented sometimes without meat, and fermented wine to appease spirits that harmfully affect us. 喇嘛策林（Lama Tshering）与卓策林（Chote Tshering）指出，未经过正式仪轨培训的民众所施行的卡本（Kha Bön）仪式正日渐增多。此类仪式旨在安抚凶煞邪灵，信众会以拌肉面粉、有时不添加肉类的发酵制品以及发酵酒作为供品，以平息对人类造成危害的邪祟。部分信众甚至会举行邦纳（Bön Nag）仪式，该仪式需以牲畜作为牺牲。此次录音由扎西次旺（Tashi Tshewang）录制，语言信息如原文所述。
