Opportunistic pathogen that causes wilt in guava

This project focuses on the whole-genome sequencing of Fusarium keratoplasticum, an opportunistic fungal pathogen associated with wilt and decline in guava (Psidium guajava). The genome data generated in this study will support accurate identification, comparative genomics, and understanding of pathogenicity factors responsible for guava wilt.
