Based on large-scale location signaling big data with spatiotemporal continuity, combined with real-time disaster data such as meteorological and seismic data, this dataset conducts continuous statistical analysis on the population conditions in disaster-stricken areas. Through pre-event early warning, in-progress monitoring and post-event assessment of disaster events, it effectively assists management departments at all levels in formulating emergency response plans and carrying out rescue operations. Furthermore, via multi-level classification analysis of various incidents, it achieves precise early warning and comprehensive assessment of events, thereby improving management efficiency.
