TRIM16 expression in cancer cell lines, western blot and immunofluorecence

A) Anti-TRIM16 Ab (Bethyl laboratories) was used to probe the presence of endogenous TRIM16 protein. B) Endogenous expression in 4 cell types grown in chamber slides and probed with anti-TRIM16 Ab (B4001) and conjugated with alexafluor488 (green fluorescence). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue nuclear marker).

This work was done with my PhD supervisor Belamy Cheung. This work was published as part of my thesis with the Univeristy of New South Wales but never made it into a paper. But I thought it could be useful to others.
