Water Pollution Risk Regulated Areas of the May-sur-Orne Basin Mine Risk Prevention Plan

The objective of the regulatory zoning phase of a PPRM is to delineate homogeneous areas in terms of prohibitions, prescriptions, recommendations or land use, both for new projects and for existing assets. The principles of this zoning are based in particular on a confrontation between the different levels of hazards previously identified and the assessment of existing and future issues characterising the surface. The identification of these homogeneous areas results in the development of a mapping of the regulatory zoning of the PPRM. Directly related to this zoning, a regulation must be established. Its purpose is to set out, in a clear and operational manner, the regulatory measures that apply to each of the Regulatory Areas. The May-sur-Orne Mine Risk Prevention Plan was approved on 10/08/2021.矿山风险预防计划（PPRM，Mine Risk Prevention Plan）的监管分区阶段，其目标是针对新建项目与既有资产，依据禁令、规定、建议或土地用途划定均质区域。该分区原则尤其基于此前识别的不同层级灾害与地表特征的既有及未来问题评估之间的对照分析。对上述均质区域的识别工作，可形成PPRM监管分区的制图成果。与该分区直接相关的是，需制定专项监管规程，其旨在以清晰且可落地的方式，明确适用于各监管区域的各项监管措施。奥尔讷河畔梅镇矿山风险预防计划于2021年8月10日获得批准。
