Transcriptome sequencing of Ramie salt tolerance experiment

Qingye Ramie is an important economic crop with high economic and ecological values. However, the growth of green leaf ramie is severely affected by salt stress. Thus, it is of great practical significance to study the effects of salt stress on green leaf ramie. In this study, we analyzed the gene expression profiles of Ramie under saline environment using transcriptomics technology, and also explored the effects of salt stress on photosynthetic parameters, antioxidant enzyme activities, and antioxidant contents in the leaves of Green Leaf Ramie.
