I Saw England

The reference to 'Will Squele' in line 13 can be found as the 'Cotswold man' of Shakespeare's '11 Henry IV', and line 15 beginning 'Sussex tales out of Roman' probably refers to Rudyard Kipling's 'Puck of Pook Hill'.
