Effects of light and nutrients on Ulva lactuca and Ulvaria obscura

This data set includes responses of Ulva lactuca and Ulvaria obscura to manipulations of light levels and seawater nitrate concentrations. Algae were grown for two weeks in ESAW media that contained sodium nitrate concentrations of either 10 or 160 µM. at the end of the experiment they were harvested and measurements were made.
