脓毒症是一种由机体对感染反应异常引起的危及生命的器官功能障碍。脓毒症和脓毒性休克是主要的医疗问题，每年影响全球数百万人，其中三分之一的人死于此病。此病涉及到各个学科，包括重症、急诊、创伤、烧伤、普外、感染等多学科。脓毒症发生后，对脓毒症的早期识别、危险因素的鉴别以及适当的治疗可以改善预后。温附一建立脓毒症专病数据集，数据内容主要包含患者人口统计学信息、周转信息、诊断、治疗信息（包括药物 治疗、操作等）、检查结果、检验结果、手术相关信息、生命体征信息、医嘱信息、护理信息、疾病严重程度评分、病程记录等。

Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection. Sepsis and septic shock are major global health issues, affecting millions of people worldwide annually, with one-third of affected individuals dying from the condition. This disease involves multiple medical disciplines, including critical care, emergency medicine, trauma, burns, general surgery, infectious diseases, and others. Early recognition, risk factor identification and appropriate treatment after sepsis onset can improve patient prognosis. The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University has established a sepsis-specific disease dataset. The dataset mainly covers patient demographic information, transfer information, diagnosis records, treatment information (including pharmacological therapy, procedures and other interventions), examination results, laboratory test results, surgery-related information, vital signs data, medical order information, nursing records, disease severity scoring, course of disease documentation, and other relevant content.
