R scripts and results for figures in Burgess, Snyder, Rountree

The .zip file contains R scripts (.R) and script results (.RData and .dat) for all figures presented in Burgess, Snyder, Rountree. Script result files are provided because some code takes several hours to run on a laptop, or has been parallelized to run on a large cluster, which many users might not have access to.
