The official survey (AV) provides geometric data on land ownership and is the basis for many other geographical information and applications in business, administration and private life. The levels of official survey according to the data model DM01 Version Eastern Switzerland (DM01AVSH48LV95) include the following topics: FixpunktCategory1, Fixed PointsCategory2, Fixed PointsCategory3, Ground Coverage, Single Objects, Heights, Nomenclature, Property, Pipelines, Numbering Areas, Municipal Borders, District Borders, Cantonal Borders, National Borders, Plan Divisions, TSDivision, Slide Areas, Postcode Location, Building Addresses, Plan Frames, Realisation Status. Official frame of reference: LV95 (on request also LV03). Quality: from 2015 onwards, all over AV93. Accuracy: see circular letter AV 2010/06.官方测量（AV）提供土地权属相关的几何数据，为商业、行政与私人生活领域的诸多地理信息及应用奠定核心基础。依据东瑞士DM01版本数据模型（DM01AVSH48LV95）划分的官方测量层级涵盖以下主题：固定点类别1（FixpunktCategory1）、固定点类别2（Fixed PointsCategory2）、固定点类别3（Fixed PointsCategory3）、地表覆盖、单体地物、高程信息、命名规范、权属信息、管线、编号区域、市镇边界、行政区边界、州界、国界、图幅划分、TS分区（TSDivision）、滑坡区域、邮政编码点位、建筑地址、图廓、成果状态（Realisation Status）。官方参考框架采用LV95（按需亦可使用LV03）。数据质量标准：2015年起，全域均符合AV93规范。精度要求详见通告函AV 2010/06。
