MOD exceptions to spending controls for January to December 2018

This dataset is a list of those items of spend that have been allowed in the Ministry of Defence since the announcement (24 May 2010) of five cross-government moratoria: ICT spend above £1m; Advertising & Marketing; consultancy; Property leases & lease extensions; and Civil Service recruitment.本数据集收录了自2010年5月24日五项跨政府支出暂停禁令发布以来，英国国防部（Ministry of Defence）获批的各类支出项目。前述五项禁令覆盖范围包括：单笔金额超过100万英镑的信息通信技术（ICT）支出、广告与营销服务、咨询服务、物业租赁及租赁续租，以及公务员招聘支出。
