Expenditure on care in constant prices by classes of care providers and by type of care (01-01-1998-01-01-2014)

This file contains data on spending on health and welfare providers. These expenditures are broken down by classes of healthcare providers and by their products (care types). The data are in constant prices. All activities in the field of health and well-being are taken into account, regardless of whether these activities take place as a main or ancillary activity.Described the transactions are: expenditure on healthcare providers and their types of care (products). This process results in records of healthcare providers (called actors) that provide insight into expenditure, funding sources and functions. Price and volume data will also be available.This is done for more than 80 actors. Per actor, the expenditure on specific forms of care is determined by funding source or function (=cluster of activities with a specific (care) purpose), or divided between funding sources and functions according to the SHA where the distribution is based on or information within the expenditure itself, or external information such as GDP or surveys by, for example, De Nederlandsche Bank or Dutch Healthcare Authority. By actor, and in a number of cases by actor and type of care, either a volume index or a price index is established, on the basis of which the calculation is carried out to constant prices. For the large providers (settings), methods have been drawn up for different volume indices. Price indices are derived from the CPI or from rates. ### Population Health care providers with activity in section Q of NACE rev.2 (Statistical classification of economic activities in the European Community) (divisions 86, 87 and 88), or belonging to the Health Care Providers class of the System of Health Accounts. It concerns each economic unit (including households) that provides care products (goods or services) to the end user, or takes care of their administration, policy, management and financing. For example, in addition to general hospitals, the prison hospital, pharmacies, internal occupational health services, health insurers and government belong to the population. The providers are grouped according to a breakdown by actors, which corresponds to the SHA’s Health Care Providers classification plus an additional classification for well-being, childcare and social services.本数据集收录卫生与福利服务机构的支出相关数据。此类支出按医疗服务机构类别及其提供的服务产品（服务类型）进行细分，所有数据均以不变价格计价。本数据集涵盖卫生与健康领域的全部业务活动，无论该活动属于主营业务还是附属业务。本数据集描述的交易事项为：医疗服务机构的支出及其提供的各类护理（服务产品）支出。 数据获取更多详情： > https://www.cbs.nl/nl-nl/onze-diensten/maatwerk-en-microdata/microdata-zelf-onderzoek-doen ### 方法论 本研究通过整合流程对多源内外部数据开展比对与分析，最终形成医疗服务机构（下称主体）的相关记录，可清晰呈现其支出、资金来源与业务职能。本数据集同时提供价格与业务量数据，覆盖超过80家主体。 针对每家主体，其特定护理服务的支出将按资金来源或业务职能（即具有特定（护理）目标的业务集群）进行划分；或依据卫生账户体系（System of Health Accounts, SHA）的规则、支出数据本身的信息，或是荷兰中央银行（De Nederlandsche Bank）、荷兰医疗保健管理局（Dutch Healthcare Authority）等机构发布的GDP或调研数据等外部信息，在资金来源与业务职能之间进行分配。 按主体维度，在部分场景下还将结合主体与护理类型维度，构建业务量指数或价格指数，并以此为基础将支出换算为不变价格。针对大型服务机构（运营场景），已针对不同业务量指数制定了专属测算方法。价格指数则取自消费者物价指数（Consumer Price Index, CPI）或官方费率标准。 ### 研究对象 本数据集的研究对象为两类主体：一是在欧盟经济活动统计分类修订版2（NACE rev.2）Q门类（细分门类86、87、88）中开展业务的医疗服务机构；二是隶属于卫生账户体系（SHA）医疗服务机构类别的主体。 具体涵盖所有向终端用户提供护理产品（商品或服务），或负责护理业务的行政、政策制定、运营管理与资金筹措的经济单位（含家庭）。例如，除综合医院外，监狱医院、药房、内部职业健康服务机构、健康保险公司以及政府部门均属于本研究的覆盖范围。 服务机构将按主体维度进行分组，该分组规则与SHA的医疗服务机构分类标准一致，同时新增针对福利、托育与社会服务的分类维度。
