INADVERT-CX Research Compendium — Reinterpreting Completion Surgery for Occult Cervical Cancer in the De-escalation Era: Parametrial and Nodal Pathological Findings (v1.6 authorship-locked release)

This research compendium accompanies the systematic review and meta-analysis "Reinterpreting Completion Surgery for Occult Cervical Cancer in the De-escalation Era: Parametrial and Nodal Pathological Findings." It bundles the complete reproducibility package: the locked v1.5 extraction workbook, all analysis scripts (R and Python), Bayesian and frequentist model outputs, PRISMA 2020 flow diagram, Figure 2 twin forest plot (parametrial and nodal pooled estimates), Supplements S1–S9 (evidence map, extended statistical methods, patient-level cross-tabulation, temporal era-based sensitivity, IA–IB1 sensitivity, and Papadia exclusion note), and the decision log. Key pooled estimates: parametrial involvement 2.7% (95% CI 0.2–7.7%); nodal involvement 8.0% (95% CI 2.7–15.1%); matched OR 4.33 (95% CI 1.19–23.71), McNemar p=0.021; Bayesian marginal OR 3.0 (95% CI 1.2–8.5), posterior probability >1 = 0.99. PRISMA counts: 2,910 records screened → 1,700 after deduplication → 14 studies included. This v1.6 release adds Cihan Comba as third author following independent internal statistical audit (report archived under 09_Decision_Log/); no analytical result was altered relative to v1.5.
