This study investigates small-RNA populations among 2 Tomato species and their hybrids. This was used to investigate changes in gene (RNA-Seq data in separate submission) as well as sRNA expression relative to the corresponding parent and whether gene transcription changes would be due to changes in the sRNAs levels.
