Palmer Hydrological Drought Index (PHDI) values for selected Chesapeake Bay watersheds

This dataset contains values of the Palmer Hydrological Drought Index (PHDI) for annual and seasonal periods from 1985-2012. Values are derived from data based on National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) climate divisions, of which there are 344 in the U.S.本数据集涵盖1985年至2012年间年度与季节尺度的帕默尔水文干旱指数（Palmer Hydrological Drought Index，PHDI）数值。该数据集的数值源自基于美国国家气候数据中心（National Climatic Data Center，NCDC）气候分区的观测资料，全美共计344个此类气候分区。
