The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Spitalstraße/Thumbstraße — Change” of the town of Weingarten from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Due to the development plan “Spitalstraße/Thumbstraße, 2nd Amendment”, legally binding since 07.04.2005, the Traufhöhe was changed in Mi 1 to TH 6,5-10,5.
