Spatial transcriptomics of colorectal cancer tissues

We study and report the whole transcriptome spatial profiling insights in colorectal cancer using the Visium spatial technique (Visium CytAssist, 10x genomics). Overall design: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples were derived from coloractal cancer patients and applied for whole transcriptome spatial profiling (Visium CytAssist, 10x genomics).
