Time to Blood Pressure Control Among Newly Diagnosed Hypertensive Patients: A Retrospective Survival Analysis in a Ghanaian Municipal Hospital

This dataset contains de-identified clinical records of newly diagnosed hypertensive patients managed at Mampong Municipal Hospital, Ghana, between June 2024 and July 2025. The data were collected retrospectively from hospital medical folders and registers and include socio-demographic characteristics, clinical variables, antihypertensive treatment information, follow-up patterns, and blood pressure measurements. The dataset supports the analysis of time to blood pressure control using survival analysis methods.
