资源简介:
In this study, to understand the mechanism of immunosuppression after hypoxia stress and bacterial challenge, the transcriptomes of H. diversicolor haemocytes involved in immunity under stresses and normal conditions were profiled by using IIlumina HiseqTM2000 to identify genes and signaling pathways that are related to immunosuppression. In addition, some important immune related genes and signaling pathways were chosen in order to analyze their expression. The PI3K-AKT signal transduction pathway was also studied, as an innate immune pathway that plays a critical role to resist external stimuli in both invertebrates and vertebrates.
