Areas of the Emilia-Romagna Region where the population and/or economic activities are sufficiently concentrated in such a way as to make it possible to collect and convey urban waste water to a treatment plant or a final discharge point as per Directive 91/271/EEC - Update to Regional Executive Decision 2201/2023艾米利亚-罗马涅大区（Emilia-Romagna Region）内，满足以下条件的区域：人口与（或）经济活动集中度足够高，可依据欧盟指令91/271/EEC (Directive 91/271/EEC) 的要求收集并输送城市污水至污水处理厂或最终排放点位——本数据集为2023年第2201号大区行政决议 (Regional Executive Decision 2201/2023) 的更新版本
