Switch to Aflibercept after prior Anti-VEGF Therapy in eyes with persistent Diabetic Macular Edema: Real World Clinical Practice

This set of data comprises information about the switch to aflibercept in patients with persistent diabetic macular edema after ranibizumab. It includes demographic, clinical, anatomical and functional information. Data was gathered through the review of clinical charts and optical coherence tomography automated measurements retrospectively.
