To compare transcriptome differences between normal liver and metastatic adjacent liver tissues, we collected samples from healthy mice, CT26-EGFP liver metastasis-bearing mice. Fluorescence-guided dissection was performed under a stereomicroscope (Axio Zoom V16, Carl Zeiss) to precisely harvest liver tissue adjacent to micrometastases. The excised tissuewas processed into single-cell suspensions, followed by magnetic bead-based enrichmentof CD31+ endothelial cells. Total RNA was then extracted for transcriptomic analysis.
