DFO Central and Arctic Multi-species Stock Assessment Surveys

The Fisheries and Oceans Canada Central and Arctic Region multi-species stock assessment surveys began in 1999 and are planned to continue indefinitely. Seven survey areas are defined within the spatial extents outlined here; northern NAFO 0A, southern NAFO 0A, NAFO 0B,SFA0, SFA1, SFA3 and western Hudson Strait. From 2006, the area surveyed alternates between NAFO 0A/SFA0&1 in even numbered years and SFA3/NAFO 0B/western Hudson Strait in odd numbered years.

This dataset is the OBIS version of the stock assessment survey and only species presence information is included at this time for the years 2005-2015.

加拿大渔业与海洋部中部与北极区域多物种种群评估调查始于1999年，计划无限期持续实施。本次调查在本说明划定的空间范围内共划定7个调查区域：北部北大西洋渔业组织（NAFO）0A海区、南部NAFO 0A海区、NAFO 0B海区、SFA0、SFA1、SFA3及哈德逊海峡西部海域。自2006年起，调查区域按年份奇偶性交替开展：偶数年份执行NAFO 0A、SFA0与SFA1区域的调查，奇数年份则执行SFA3、NAFO 0B及哈德逊海峡西部海域的调查。

本数据集为该种群评估调查的海洋生物地理信息系统（Ocean Biogeographic Information System，OBIS）版本，截至目前仅收录2005年至2015年的物种存在信息。
