The datasets were generated during the research on the impact of the spatiotemporal distribution of picoplankton in the northern East China Sea, where temperature and stratification are modulated by the contribution of Tsushima Warm Current. Datasets include nutrients, size-fractionated chl a, picoplankton abundance, picoplankton carbon biomass, and derived physical parameters.
