FFPE tumor sections from primary resected and neoadjuvant-treated PDAC patients were obtained and subject to double-immunofluorescent staining using anti-CK19 and anti-S100 antibodies. Qupath-0.5.1 software was used to manually quantify the slide area, total cancer cell area, neuroinvasive cancer cell area, and non-neuroinvasive cancer cell area.
