Gene expression profile from sorted mural cells from P12 retinas of Srf-PdfgrbCre and non Cre animals

The aim of this work was to study the function of the transcription factor Serum Response Factor (SRF) in mural cells of the mouse retina. We used bulk RNA-sequencing to find major differences. Overall design: Retinal mural cells (MCs) were isolated from SRF-KO and Control animals and sorted by FACS (exclusion of CD140a, CD31, CD45 and DAPI positive cells, inclusion of CD140b positive cells only)
