Latin America: ICT Development Index 2017

This ranking shows the Information and communication technology (ICT) Development Index in Latin America in 2017, by country. Uruguay score highest among all the Latin American countries monitored in 2017, with an index score of 7.16 points. The ICT Development Index (IDI) is a composite index combining eleven indicators into one benchmark measure that serves to monitor and compare developments in information and communication technology (ICT) across countries. The higher the score, the higher the level of development is in this area.
