Sequencing for the two coastal subspecies of white-crowned sparrow

The Puget Sound white-crowned sparrow (Zonotrichia leucophrys pugetensis) and Nuttall's white-crowned sparrow (Z. l. nutalli) inhabit the West Coast of North America. They hybridize in Northern California. These genetic samples were taken along the range of both subspecies, including their hybrid zone, with the goal of characterizing their hybrid zone.
