The origin of the risk characterises the real-world entity which, through its presence, represents a potential risk. This origin may be characterised by a name and, in some cases, a geographical object locating the actual entity causing the risk. The location of the entity and the knowledge of the dangerous phenomenon are used to define the risk pools, the risk-exposed areas that underpin the RPP.风险源（risk origin）所表征的是一类现实世界实体，该实体的存在本身即构成潜在风险。该风险源可通过名称进行表征，在部分场景下还可通过用于定位该致险实体的地理对象来补充说明。实体的位置以及对该危险现象的认知，被用于定义风险池（risk pools）——即支撑RPP的风险暴露区域。
