资源简介:
This repository contains occurrence records, environmental predictor layers, R scripts, and model outputs supporting the analyses presented in Alviz et al. (Oryx, in review). The study uses ecological niche modelling (MaxEnt via ENMeval) to assess current habitat suitability, environmental niche overlap, and projected range shifts for the taruca Hippocamelus antisensis and Peruvian white-tailed deer Odocoileus peruvianus under climate change (SSP1-2.6 and SSP5-8.5, CHELSA CMIP6) and species-specific business-as-usual anthropogenic threat scenarios (GHSL human footprint expansion for the taruca; Hansen GFC deforestation for the Peruvian white-tailed deer). Scripts are written in R 4.x. Environmental layers derived from CHELSA, Copernicus, GHSL, and SRTM are included as processed rasters at 30 arc-second resolution. Raw GBIF downloads are not included; occurrence records are provided as cleaned and spatially thinned CSV files. See README.md for file descriptions and instructions for reproducing the analyses.
