WFS service of the urban development plan “Sterrenberg East II.Construction Section” of the municipality of Winterbach, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.温特巴赫自治市《施特伦贝格东区二期建设区段》城市发展规划的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），其基于5.0版本的XPlanung规划数据集，并依据INSPIRE标准完成转换。
