Bacillus subtilis strain:AA Genome sequencing

This project focuses on the isolation identification and genomic analysis of the bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis isolated from the medicinal plant. The bacterium underwent molecular characterization through whole-genome sequencing and phylogenetic analysis. In functional Genomics aspects investigating genes involved in antimicrobial compound synthesis and antimicrobial resistance. In biotechnological applications exploring the bacterium potential in medicine particularly for antibiotic. The genomic data generated from this study have been deposited to nucleotide database serving as a valuable resource for researchers studying microbial diversity and drug discovery related to endophytic bacteria from medicinal plants.
