Monthly punctuality upon arrival in Brussels per moment

Monthly punctuality of trains upon arrival in the first station of Brussel's North-South junction on their path, per moment of day (morning peak hour, evening peak hour, off-peak hours and weekends). A train is considered punctual if it arrives at the station with less than 6 minutes delay.本数据集统计了列车运行途经布鲁塞尔南北铁路枢纽首站时的月度准点情况，统计维度按每日时段划分为早高峰时段、晚高峰时段、平峰时段与周末时段。若列车抵达该站时晚点时长少于6分钟，则认定该列车为准点列车。
