资源简介:
This project will investigate the regulatory mechanisms of iron-based mixed solid-phase carbon sources on the microbial system in constructed wetlands from the perspective of microbial communities. Through high-throughput sequencing analysis, we will systematically study the community dynamics of denitrifying bacteria, iron-cycling functional bacteria, and organic matter-degrading bacteria, with particular focus on the enrichment patterns of microorganisms capable of iron-autotrophic denitrification (such as Thiobacillus). By analyzing the synergistic succession and interactions of these functional microbial groups, we aim to elucidate the synergistic "heterotrophic-autotrophic" denitrification system formed under the combined action of zero-valent iron and solid carbon sources, thereby revealing the microbial mechanisms underlying enhanced nitrogen removal efficiency in constructed wetlands from the perspective of microbial community structure evolution.
