Whole genome sequencing of 18 Leptospira specimens isolated from rodents in the Caribbean island of Saint Kitts, including L. interrogans (serogroup Icterohaemorrhagiae) and L. borgpetersenii (serogroup Ballum). Samples were collected by Dr. Sree Rajeev during her tenure at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Basseterre, Saint Kitts. Genomes were assembled and annotated in collaboration with the Bioinformatics Lab, INIDCASAT AIP, Panama.
