Raw Data_Resilience and Mental Health in Chinese University Students

The dataset, <i>"Raw Data_Resilience and Mental Health in Chinese University Students,"</i> was collected from undergraduate students in several universities across China using the online survey platform Wenjuanxing (www.wjx.cn) between October and November of 2025. After excluding invalid responses, 1,197 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study focused on key psychological variables related to mental health, including resilience, loneliness, anxiety, and depression. The research aimed to examine how resilience affects anxiety and depression, with loneliness serving as a mediating variable. This dataset provides empirical evidence for understanding psychological resilience mechanisms among university students and offers practical guidance for designing interventions that promote mental health and emotional well-being in this population.
