Own geographical classification based on several standards, focused on Spain (ISTAC: CL_GEO_REGIONS_ES)

This classification of geographical regions has a composition divided into 2 groups: Spain and Rest of the World. Spain is divided into Spain (excluding the Canary Islands) and the Canary Islands. The rest of the world, in turn, is divided into only two sub-levels: continents and countries. Each country is shown in a single continent.There are also references to countries that have disappeared or whose borders have changed over time, as well as artificial groupings to meet the needs of the ISTAC.本地理区域分类体系共分为两大组别：西班牙（Spain）与世界其他地区（Rest of the World）。其中西班牙整体又细分为不含加那利群岛（Canary Islands）的西班牙本土，以及加那利群岛本身。世界其他地区则仅设有两大子层级：大洲与国家，且每个国家均仅归属一个大洲。本分类体系同时涵盖了历史上已消亡或边界历经变更的国家，以及为适配ISTAC需求而设立的人工聚合分组。
