Partial Territorial Plan of Zarautz-Azpeitia

In accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning of the Basque Country, the Partial Spatial Plans will develop the Spatial Planning Guidelines in the supra-municipal areas or areas that they delimit, specifying for each of them the specific planning criteria that the Guidelines establish.The Spatial Planning Guidelines define fifteen geographical areas, called Functional Areas, by virtue of geographical, economic and social criteria. In the case of the Partial Territorial Plan of the Functional Area of Zarautz-Azpeitia, the list of dates for its approval are: Initial approval: 2003/01/14, Provisional approval: 2005/02/01 and Final approval: 2006/02/21. Subsequently it undergoes a modification in the area Trukutxo and Amue OT-003/07-PTP-A and is taken to initial approval on 2007/11/20 to provisional on 2008/02/25 and is definitively approved on 2009/01/27.依据《巴斯克自治区空间规划法》，局部空间规划方案将针对超市级区域或其划定的范围细化空间规划导则，明确各区域需遵循的导则所规定的具体规划准则。该空间规划导则依据地理、经济与社会维度的标准，划定了十五个地理区域，称为功能区（Functional Areas）。以萨拉特茨-阿斯佩蒂亚（Zarautz-Azpeitia）功能区局部领土规划为例，其审批节点日期如下：初始审批：2003/01/14，临时审批：2005/02/01，最终审批：2006/02/21。后续该规划针对特鲁库乔（Trukutxo）与阿穆埃（Amue）OT-003/07-PTP-A区域进行修订，并于2007/11/20提交初始审批，2008/02/25转为临时审批，最终于2009/01/27获得正式通过。
