Table III: CO2 emission per capita and energy consumption per capita

The study opens the empirical discussion by examining the causal relationship between carbon emissions and energy consumption, credit to the private sector, and economic growth. In column (1) of Table III, the study documented how the lags of CO2 emissions affect the present, while in column 2; the study reports how CO2 emission is affected by the growth in the economy, credit to the private sector, and energy consumption per capita in Africa.本研究通过考察碳排放、能源消费、私营部门信贷（credit to the private sector）与经济增长之间的因果关系，开启了本次实证探讨。在表III的第(1)列中，本研究阐明了CO₂排放滞后项对当期值的影响；而在第(2)列中，本研究则汇报了非洲地区的CO₂排放如何受经济增长、私营部门信贷以及人均能源消费的影响。
